In 2014, we started to enter the field of cheese manufacturing, by establishing a factory that manufactures cheese and ghee from the finest types of cow and buffalo milk, carefully selected. The factory was established according to international standards with the application of the latest technologies not only in the production processes, but also of occupational safety and health and the environment.
